At The Big Social, we are committed to providing high-quality events and experiences for our attendees. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets or registering for any of our events.
By purchasing a ticket, attending our events, or signing up for membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
1. No Refunds
All ticket sales and registrations are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, illness, travel delays, or personal circumstances. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Event Cancellations
In the rare event that The Big Social must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, venue issues, or other emergencies beyond our control), ticket holders will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled or future event.
3. Ticket Transfers
While refunds are not available, we do allow ticket transfers. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact us at hello@thebigsocial.co.uk at least 48 hours before the event with the new attendee’s name and contact information.
